Ayam Masak 3 Rasa

Today I really feel like eating 'Ayam Masak Tiga Rasa. Hahaha, you guys must be strange to hear it right? Actually, I want to do some variations on this day. Ways to cook same, but I change the ingredients of fish to chicken. Why? You all think that way is inappropriate. Do not jugde a book by a cover guys ... Well, we start now ...

Ingredients for blended:
30 gm chilli
30 gm ginger
20 gm garlic
90 gm lemongrass
200 gm onions
300 gm tomato
200 gm cooking oil
Salt, sugar and seasoning powder to taste
1.5 kg chicken cut into 10 sections and half-cooked fried


How to cook:
Heat some oil in a wok, then stir the ingredients are blended until crisp. After that, add chicken, salt, sugar and powdered seasoning. Stir until smooth. Once dry dishes may be appointed to serve.
